Sorry about the pun, but I searched long and hard for a quality lighting kit that I could use for my current movie project, and these lights are the perfect choice. So far I have used them for lighting five interviews and the results have been all that I could have wished for. The lights are easy to assemble and transport though I would recommend buying a sturdy bag for carrying the stands. I bought this oneHeavy Duty Black Military Army Style Canvas Large Kit Bag / Holdall. It's big enough to hold the light stands, two camera tripods and a mic stand. I transport the lighting heads in the polystyrene containers they were sent in and I don't bother to remove the lamps or the diffuser covers. The stands are sturdy and can extend to a great height! The lighting heads are easily attached or removed from the stands. I found it was useful to have a couple of mains extension leads handy because the leads for the lights may not always be long enough. This product has a quality feel to it and it's easy to use. For the price you won't find better value --- Oh, and the lamps are brilliant!
